The French satirical comedy, “God of Carnage” by Yasmina Reza, will play at the Willits Community Theatre from April 7 through April 23. The award-winning play, translated into the English by Christopher Hampton, is directed by David Partch and features an all-star local cast of Alyson Blair, Andy Watson, Andrea McCullough and Colby Friend.
The action centers on two couples trying to resolve their differences over a playground altercation between their sons. A rift develops between the couples that leaves their liberal principles in tatters and exposes the hypocrisies of modern civilization.
